How to make your website sell more

So you built a website, put some affiliate links, or you’re trying to sell your own product. You invested a lot of time and money in this website, and you have not started covering these costs and justifying the effort.
You need to sell more, but how do you do that ?
Your efforts should go to 2 activities:
1. Improve your landing page.
Weather you sell your own product or you promote affiliate products, you can improve your landing page by understanding what selling is all about. I recommend reading some books about sales and marketing: “Advertising Secrets of the written word” by Joseph Sugerman, “Influence – Science and Practice” by Robert Cialdini, and “Scientific Advertising” By Claude C. Hopkins.
2. Get more traffic to your website
Sadly, it’s not enough to have a great landing page and a great product. You need people to come to your website. Every day, you are missing a lot of visitors which your competitors sell to. This means you are loosing money all the time. But why are your competitors getting more traffic then you? How do they get to appear in the search results in a higher position? The answer is simple. They have more links to their website then you! go and start getting dofollow links pointing from good website to yours. The more links you get, the better you will rank in the search engines. Start posting links in forums, do some links exchange, and post comment in dofollow blogs (which is probably the fastest way). You can find many dofollow blogs in this website (just browse through the categories on the left), or you may also use DoFellow, which will make your job a lot easier, and save you a lot of time.

To have a good landing page is always very effective. If you have good content on the landing page, the user will surely come back to your website in future. Very informative. Thanks
