How to get lots of GOOD backlinks (one way,do follow, stick forever links) for SEO and improve your ranking

For Google to consider links as “Good” links, it has to believe that they are not meant for SEO. But how does Google know what are good links ? Well, some hints may give you away to Google so you need to follow these 3 simple rules:

1. Do not add more than 2-3 links to your web site per day. If you add a 1000 links one day, it doesn’t seem natural.
2. Have different text on the anchor of the link
3. Text around the link should be relevant to your website theme.

4. You read the article
5. You think of something interesting to say about the article (at least 30 words)
